Handling Product Issues and Returns

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the problem. Please note that we cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

For exchanges, first return the original item, then place a separate order for the new item. We’ll notify you about refund approval within 15 business days of receiving your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, but allow additional time for bank processing.
